Eggspectation is a café-restaurant opened in Doha in April 2016 after successful operations in Canada USA, UAE and India. With its extraordinary menu options for the ultimate in all day dining, best possible food quality and extraordinary service, eggspectation quickly became one of the most popular dining destinations for Qatar residents with long lines around the block on weekend mornings post opening.

Challenge

– Leverage the existing brand reputation and equity from both international and UAE outlets to ensure a successful launch for Eggspectation in Qatar.
– Build upon a successful launch campaign to expand the target audience base by driving awareness, and inducing trial in order to develop a large pool of habitual diners.
– Position Eggspectation as the ‘go-to’ restaurant for customers seeking competitively priced food, breakfast all day options, with outstanding quality in Doha and hence generate footfall, in order to build return customers and loyalists for the restaurant in the long run.

Implementation
