Cityscape Qatar 2015 is the premier event for the real estate industry in the State of Qatar showcaseing a wide range of  real estate investment opportunities and services to private and professional investors as well as key industry professionals from Qatar, the region and from around the globe.

Challenge

To generate awareness for both the current state of Qatar’s and the region’s real estate industry, drive visitor attendance across the three days and position Cityscape Qatar at the forefront of real-estate events and exhibitions in Qatar.

Target Audience

– Major local real estate companies and real estate development companies / partners in Qatar and around the region.
– Key government entities.
– Key industry personal including CEO’s and Project Managers of planning companies.
– Media with a specific focus on business, construction and local news outlets.

Implementation

  • Qanect delivered media relations support for three months leading up to the event as well as, press releases, in both English and Arabic, exclusive interviews, features and mass media coverage including broadcast, print, press, online and radio across all media in Qatar.

Duration

  • March 2015 – May 2015

Results

  • During the three day conference, Qanect registered over 80 media and co-ordinated more than 60 individual media interviews including CNBC Arabia, Sky News Arabia, Qatar TV, Al Rayyan TV and Al Jazeera.
  • The long term value of the media relations lead to 12 exhibitors rebooking for the fifth edition of Cityscape Qatar by the close of the exhibition.
